James Matzdorff, MBA is the President and CEO of Reinvent Business. He is an expert in investor marketing, corporate finance, and digital media marketing. He has 25 years of experience bringing capital, creating investor awareness and brand visibility in the financial markets for global public and private companies. Through his expertise in marketing strategy and his well established relationships with high net worth investors James helps companies to get access to quality investors community, build brand recognition, create visibility in capital markets, with focus on growth marketing.

He successfully built several companies including Reinvent Business a global investor marketing company, promoting public and private companies, creating brand awareness in the financial markets, and arranging expansion and acquisition capital for growth.

Combining years of experience in investment banking, financial markets together with new media marketing, he helps his clients to maximize market awareness, action with investors, debt and equity investments, and increase brand visibility for his clients in the investor community.

James was also the President of James A. Matzdorff & Co., an investment banking firm he founded in Beverly Hills which arranged more than $800 million in mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies worldwide.
