Situation: Reinvent Business was engaged 8 years ago by a major public desk manufacturer and retailer to develop a nationwide brand presence together with a world-class digital marketing, brand building and investor awareness campaign.

Challenges: We researched the most competitive keywords in the home and office furniture industry which drive the maximum amount of targeted and qualified visitors.  We determined which search engines and directories were frequented by shoppers searching for specific kinds of desks and desk accessories.  Our primary objectives were to increase brand awareness and visibility in an extremely competitive retail environment and significantly increase their current levels of targeted traffic, new customers, online sales, revenue, and ROI.
